Last week Friday, John said he wants me to do some Vista testing, and also some resubmit marking.
I said I have an appointment for the immigration medical, so will be late for a while. After I came back, I couldn't find him, so I just sit in a classroom and waiting. Then he gave me a call, said he was in MT 's office, if I have something to talk to MT, just come over. I said I have nothing to talk to him. Then I heard John said to MT:"Sabrina said she has nothing to talk to you", I hear MT was laughing at the back.
John had supervised me for one and half years. The first project was Special Topic. I still remember J Pieppait talked to me in the first class, he said:"John said you have talent on Multimdia...." I realized John has proofed me to do this paper. That was the first time I had met client, I was nervous, I don't know how did John find out I was nervous, he said:"Sabrina, Nuddy is a very kind person."
John always encourage me, sometimes I feel like I want to hide behind, he always push me.
The second project was Mini Project, there was no multimedia for Mini Project. I talked to MT, but it seemed very hard to do something particularly for me. Once I had a little talk with John and mentioned about I want to do multimedia, but there are no papers for me to choose. I have never expected he put this on his list. One day, Joe and I sit in NR216 doing our GD group assignment, John came in and asked me do I still want to do a multimedia paper. I said yes. Then he said he has talked to MT and J Pieppait and they have made up a project for me. I was so happy.

When I started Special Topic, John introduced Nuddy to me, luckily Nuddy offered me another project this year. MT used to tell me:"Sabrina, if you can't find a client, I can offer you two projects, one for our CIT, one for my church stuff, you can choose one from these two." Back to that time, I still wanted to work with Nuddy, then I didn't reply MT, I feel sorry, he tried to give me a hand, but I refused.
During that time, John's MA500 class suddenly had full of students, MT gave me a call and asked if I can teach. In MT's office, from his computer I saw John and Kirsten's evaluation on me. I'm so appriciated. I was so nervous for standing in class and teaching, John trained me in a very patient manner, step by step, file by file, even sometimes I felt I had a bad temper, he still has patience for me and always encouraging. I feel it was very hard to mark student assignment, sometimes I marked to strict, John reminded me: as a lecturer, we should encourage students.
I started from John's paper and learnt almost everything from him. Then I helped on Kirsten's course, and Kirsten is helping me through everything and alway say you are very good. I feel I am so lucky I met all these nice lecturers.
