There is a JiaZheng(家政) university in Taiwan (I don’t know if it still exists); the school spends years to teach female students household management. The first time when I heard about it, I was thinking I do house work every day; I didn’t spend years of time learning it.
I will do 2 projects in the coming semester, 1 of them is video conferencing. I video conference my friends sometimes, I ‘v never felt it’s a hard work. But after I have done some research during the holiday, I found I’m lost. There are sooooo many stuff about it, even very professional. I think I need to clear up my mind otherwise I’m suspicious if I could complete the project.
Through my project research, the JiaZheng school comes in my mind. House work is easy, everyone does it, but no one knows the temperature of ironing, the liters of water in the rice cooker…blablabla.
Indeed， now I understand it.
